Its been three years already that the Subic Auto Club was established. Along the way, there were lots of ups and downs the club come across of which every organizations usually experience. These includes personal differences on members, mis-communications, business competitions, professional service competitions, and most of all negative feedback or comments from distant friends comparing the club to other (car) clubs. Most on the latter mainly has the intention to discredit the club. All those things were all issues that the club addresses along the way and up to this date. It only shows that these things exists for the club to be better and stronger.
Despite all of those issues and negative feedback that the club encounter, Club Officers and active Members are all concern to address all those issues and negative feedback in a democratic and respectful manner for the sake of the club to preserve its CORE (Camaraderie-Oneness-Respect-Enthusiasm) Values. As everybody know, clubs has all types of personality or characters in its members. And despite of those differences, these individuals have joined together for one common interest with the core values that the club instill in their thoughts. So, any disputes whether just issues on personal differences (which is very common in a club) with any of the members can be settled within the club. In other words, whatever happens in each members and officers, the club serves as the "common ground" where all differences are being settled.
Most of the organizations or clubs i know when it comes to disputes of any kind in its members and officers, they make use of its organization or club as their common ground to settle things.
